• Works particularly well for petite parents and more average sized parents, as the shorter straps give less fabric to handle and means this carrier feels much less indudating that other half buckles and the straps do not trail along the floor as much while tying.  However, I would not recommend this carrier for plus sized parents - instead the Lenny Lamb Hybrid and the Stokke Limas make much better options.
• Offers 3 carrying positions - front parent facing, hip and back carry.  Although this carrier works best in a front parent facing carry.
