The Neko Up and Down is designed as a fast, easy to use, simple hip carry support for quick ups and downs. Perfect for toddlers who love to be held one moment and down the next, only to request being picked up again 5 minutes later. It's a no fuss, no frills simple pouch made with all the care and high quality you would expect from Neko. This carrier is very similar in terms of what it does to the Mini Monkey Mini carrier. While the Mini Monkey is made from a ultra light mesh making it perfect for summer, this is made from strong woven wrap fabric which might make it slightly more supportive feeling but will make it feel warmer too. Both are lightweight and fold down small but this one is about 1.5x the size and weight of the Mini. The padding at the shoulder is nice and so people will find this padding and the thicker fabric more supportive. But at around 2.5x the cost (£90 compared with £35) its hard to know if its worth paying the extra money for the Neko Up and Down compared to the Mini Monkey - particularly considering that both are really designed for short carries only and neither are really supportive enough for longer periods.
