Orders are posted via Royal Mail Monday to Friday, and generally will take around 3-6 working days to arrive for orders within the UK. For overseas orders typically take 7-14 days to arrive although can occassionally take a little longer. In the unlikely event that delivery will take longer, I will endeavour to notify you by email. If you need your item sooner, or have any other special circumstances around postage, delivery areas or timescales please do drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to accommodate.
At checkout please check that you have given us your correct delivery address. I am unable to give refunds for any items lost due to submission of an inaccurate delivery address.
You are welcome to collect your items in person via prior agreement from;
- my home (SW14 7HU) at any mutually agreeable time
- any Sling Clinic session
- or any workshop or private consultation
To arrange simply select “Local pick-up” at checkout and use the notes section to let me know when you’d like to collect and I’ll email confirming this arrangement. Or simply email me at email@example.com with your preferred options for collection. While not guaranteed it is often possible to offer same day collection so this can be a good option if you need your item very quickly!
We hope that you will love your purchase from Sheen Slings, but we understand that you may wish to return your item(s).
If you wish to return an item that you have purchased online, please inform me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. I will then respond with full address for return and your item(s) must be received within the next 14 days from that point.
You can return the item directly to my home, any of the sling clinic or tea, cake and parenting sessions or via post to my home address. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We suggest that you use a tracked, insured service, as items remain your responsibility until they are in our possession.
We can only accept returned items that are unused and in their original as new condition. Items must be in their original intact packaging, with all tags, labels and instruction manuals undamaged. We cannot refund items that have been used, worn or washed. Returned items must be in fully re-saleable condition.
Once we have received the returned item, we will send you a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back. We will refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account that you used for the original purchase. Please note the refund may take some days to appear in your account once we have processed your refund, depending on your credit/debit card provider.
Faulty Items and Warranty Returns
In the unlikely event that an item you purchase from us is faulty, or your need to make a claim on the manufacturer’s warranty please drop me an email at email@example.com and I will send information on how to return your item to me so I can arrange refund, replacement or repair as appropriate.
Please note items must be in otherwise satisfactory condition. It will not be possible to refund or replace items that have been damaged due to misuse.
Accidents do happen, and if you have accidently damaged your own carrier please do feel able to reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. While I will be unable to offer a refund or replacement, I maybe able to offer guidance on whether the carrier can be repaired and if so how best to do this and/or help source replacement buckles, hoods, spare bits etc as needed.
