The Ergobaby Omni Deluxe is the latest Ergobaby Omni model. It came out earlier this year and offers a few small tweaks and changes when compared to the earlier Ergobaby Omni Breeze and Dream models. While there was a fair sized design change between the Breeze/Dream and the Ergobaby Omni 360 (now called the Omni original), the differences between the Deluxe and the Breeze and Dream are much smaller and more in the form of small tweaks.

The Deluxe features hidden buttons and hidden sliders for a sleekier look, it has lines on the webbing to help sizing between different shape and sized parents and it has 6 pockets, compared to 3... however the additional ones are TINY, and really there is still only 1 pocket of a size and position to actually be useful.
But in terms of all the important things - how long this carrier will last and who it will fit... there is no change. These carriers all work well for babies from about 8 weeks through to about 2 years. They offer 4 carrying postions for baby - inwards, outwards, hip and back and they offer both X and H straps for parents. So none of that is changed...
And the materials are the same too, the Deluxe mesh feels the same as the Omni Breeze and the Deluxe cotton feels the same as the Omni Dream. You can find my full reviews of the Omni Breeze here, and the Omni Dream here.
There is a difference in price however, the Deluxe retails at £205 while the Omni Breeze and Dream are £185, so it comes down to do you want to spend an extra £20 on some lines on the webbing (that you could just draw yourself), hidden buttons and some pockets that are really only big enough for a lipsalve or a toddlers precious pebble?
