Their consultation can take place online via Zoom or WhatsApp, in Madeleine's home in East Sheen (SW14 7HU) or in the comfort of their own home (anywhere in West London, South West London or Surrey borders).

Whichever length consultation or venue you choose, rest assured if your giftee wants to swap for another location or another length of time, this is absolutely fine! The full value of the voucher purchased will be applied to whatever they ultimately choose. If they opt for a cheaper option they will be able to use their additional credit against any of my other services (including hire and retail). In fact the full value voucher can be redeemed against any of other my services if preferred. They can simply let me know what they'd like to do when they get in contact with me.
Vouchers can be provided digitally as a PDF file or as a physical card posted to you, ready to be gifted, or both! Simply let me know which you prefer using the "order notes" box at check out.
