Description
Made on a old fashioned table top knitting machine and hand finished by Mel and her mum, these socks have been designed with babywearing in the cold specifically in mind. Mel runs the Wrap a Hug Sling library in East London and started making these socks to offer to her clients and now we can proudly offer these to you too!
Made from acrylic yarn, these socks are vegan friendly and most importantly washing machine friendly! They will withstand all the washing and drying you can throw at them. Soft yet very durable. And oh so warm, these are definitely a great option for those really cold days or when there is a definite chill in the air.
The stretchiness of the knitting means these will last and last, simply stretching with your baby as they grow. The long length can simply be folded over on a smaller baby, allowing these socks to fit all the way from newborn to 3 years of age, maybe beyond! Certainly as long as you want to carry for!
This stretch also means they are dead easy to pull on over whatever else baby is wearing and use to keep all their other layers in place and ensure feet, shins and knees stay cosy on even the coldest of days.
